At H&B Real Estate, our roots run deep in the Quad Cities. Co-Owner Danielle Hollembaek, a proud East Davenport native, has always been captivated by the rich history of this area. Growing up, she immersed herself in the stories of the historic buildings and homes that now fuel her passion for restoring and revitalizing them for the community she loves.

Co-Founder Eryk Hollembaek, originally from California, moved to the Quad Cities to honor his grandfather and attend St. Ambrose University. It was at this beloved institution that Danielle and Eryk's paths crossed, both as legacy Ambrosians with a shared commitment to the area. Eryk’s early career as a part-time property manager sparked his love for real estate, while Danielle pursued a master's degree in marketing from Syracuse University. Eryk went on to earn his MBA from St. Ambrose University, and together, they combined their expertise, intuition, and networks to build several successful businesses, including H&B Real Estate.

Since 2022, H&B Real Estate has been dedicated to managing and renovating both homes and commercial properties in the Quad Cities. We are driven by a shared vision of preserving the charm and character of our beloved community while propelling it forward with thoughtful, sustainable development.
